Trackd takes the processing of personal data very seriously. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for your personal data in compliance with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What data is collected?
The personal data collected on our website is recorded and processed by:

Trackd collects the following data:
- Identity: first name, last name

- Data related to your customer account (where applicable)
Some data is mandatory (indicated with an asterisk *) in order to complete an order or create an account. Other data is collected automatically when you browse our website.

Trackd keeps proof of all transactions (orders, invoices, emails, contacts) for 2 years after the last contact with the customer.
This data is kept for 2 years in order to:
- comply with legal obligations regarding contractual proof under Belgian law
- respond to any warranty request or customer complaint during this period
- provide a clear order history to facilitate customer follow-up or repeat purchases
This period also corresponds to the time required for potential dispute or mediation procedures and ensures reasonable retention under the GDPR (data retention limitation principle).

Yes, only with trusted processors who assist us in our services:
- Bpost (delivery)
- Stripe / PayPal (payment)
- Mailchimp (emailing)
- Google Analytics
All our partners comply with the GDPR and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
