Trackd takes the processing of personal data very seriously. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for your personal data in compliance with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data is collected?
The personal data collected on our website is recorded and processed by:
Trackd SRL, Veilinglaan 106A, 1861 Wolvertem.

2. Who processes your data?
Trackd collects the following data:

  • Identity: first name, last name
  • Contact details: postal address, email, phone number
  • Transactional data: payment method, order history, after-sales service requests
  • Browsing data: viewed products, cookies
  • Data related to your customer account (where applicable)

Some data is mandatory (indicated with an asterisk *) in order to complete an order or create an account. Other data is collected automatically when you browse our website.

3. Why do we use your data?

Trackd keeps proof of all transactions (orders, invoices, emails, contacts) for 2 years after the last contact with the customer.

This data is kept for 2 years in order to:

  • comply with legal obligations regarding contractual proof under Belgian law
  • respond to any warranty request or customer complaint during this period
  • provide a clear order history to facilitate customer follow-up or repeat purchases

This period also corresponds to the time required for potential dispute or mediation procedures and ensures reasonable retention under the GDPR (data retention limitation principle).

6. Is your data shared?
Yes, only with trusted processors who assist us in our services:

  • Bpost (delivery)
  • Stripe / PayPal (payment)
  • Mailchimp (emailing)
  • Google Analytics

All our partners comply with the GDPR and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

7. What are your rights?
You have the following rights:

  • Access to your data
  • Rectification or deletion
  • Restriction or objection to processing
  • Withdrawal of consent

8. Data Security
Trackd implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or modification. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only, with secure servers, firewalls, and regular internal audits.

This privacy policy has been in effect since 01/05/2025. It may be modified at any time. The date of the latest version will always be indicated on this page.
